Bob Rivers volunteered to become a licensed applicator for weeds. It is $500 for a 5 day course and $150 for license. DEC requires 2 years of training, which would cost up to $1000.00 if we did it and is time consuming. It was decided to be put off for now. Willard stated that maybe we could look into using a licensed applicator. It was brought up if others lakes are doing it. Willard said that Onderdonck does it every year.

Bart- Thanked who ever called to tell them about there paddle boat.

Testing of the lake - is it tested for anything other than swimming. Doc Rockmore stated that it is not classified for anything other than swimming.

Willard needs authorization to fund the 3rd book. It will be published this summer. Terri motioned to fund the book, Sue Rockmore seconded. All were in favor.

Bob Rivers stated that there was 1 log on the dam but is not affecting the flow.

Family Day- A shirt and towel were left at Jerri's. We need a chairman for Family Day. Stacy, Dori, Gwen, and Jerri volunteered to help with Family Day.

Membership Committee- Zeb asked if we encouraged non-members to become members. Willard responded that we don't refuse anyone but are not advertising it. We will get an updated membership list from Lee in June.

Willard commented that we have flexibility with controlling the boat launch. If anyone has a problem with a boat on the lake, contact the lake association and we will speak to them or revoke their membership.

Raffle Committee - Raffle is going good. Making money.

Boat Course- Possibly doing a boat course this summer. Bob Rivers would like to do it before summer possibly May. Have the course here at the Firehouse. Bob and Lee will discuss the boat course.

Web site committee- There have been 2,554 hits as of today. The website is also linked to the Berne Historical site. We have sold numerous books all over the United States because of the links between the two sites. The website is really doing a wonderful service. The website has been recently updated with the note cards. Pictures are on the site of waterskiing on January 6th which were also published in the Altamont Enterprise.

A moment of silence was held for Al Waynerite and Al Morton.

Walleye Committee- 410.00 dollars so far. They are catching them. Adam caught a 22" one last year. Keith doesn't think that the lake association needs to fund the program anymore. Keep the money for the Dam.

There was no other Business.
